Her practice is enriched by shamanic encounters and studies, as well as a deep network of the most revered teachers and experts in wellness and spirituality.

Rex Renée is a multimodal Usui Reiki trained healing practitioner with a personal and communal practice that integrates guided meditation, astrology, divination, mediumship, energy work, plant magic, and somatics to support people in connecting with their intuitive abilities and guides.  As a trans and working-class organizer, his practice is informed by radical political histories, interconnected ancestral liberation, and a commitment to dismantling systems of oppression via spirituality and embodiment. Whether through 1-on-1 mentorship or group workshops, he creates spaces where we can reclaim our power, deepen our spiritual and creative gifts, and move toward collective healing.
