Nicole is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with more than 15 years of experience helping adults navigate the moments in life when everything can feel uncertain, overwhelming, or simply too heavy to carry alone.
Nicole believes that therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. It is about creating a space where you can finally slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to recognize the strengths that may have been difficult to see while you were simply trying to get through each day.
She works with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, and major life transitions. Nicole understands that sometimes the things we struggle with today are connected to experiences, relationships, or patterns that developed long ago. Together, she helps clients gently explore those connections while also focusing on the person they are becoming—not simply the things they have been through.
Nicole’s work is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic approaches, and Brainspotting. Through Brainspotting training, Nicole incorporates a specialized approach that can support the processing of difficult experiences and trauma while honoring the mind-body connection.
Her style combines compassion with honesty. She will meet you with understanding while also encouraging you to recognize your own ability to make meaningful changes. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, Nicole looks at the whole person—their experiences, relationships, patterns, values, strengths, and hopes for the future.
Nicole believes there is strength in asking for help. Sometimes healing begins with simply having someone sit beside you in the difficult places without judgment and help you find your way forward.
Whether you are trying to heal from something that happened years ago, struggling with where you are today, or longing to feel more connected to the life you want, Nicole is there to help you understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a future that feels more fulfilling and authentically yours.
