Jules is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and pre-licensed mental health counselor providing virtual therapy to clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Jules supports individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and intimacy. For those who struggle to make sense of their emotions, feel comfortable in their bodies, or understand patterns that keep showing up in their lives, Jules offers a space to explore these experiences without judgment. Jules’s goal is to help clients feel understood, develop a deeper connection with themselves, and build healthier, more authentic relationships.
Jules’s approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and comfort level. Jules draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques, somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, and creative interventions, including art-based approaches. These methods can help clients explore different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion, increase awareness of their body’s responses, and find new ways to express and process difficult experiences. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Jules works collaboratively with clients to find what feels most helpful for them.
Jules’s clinical experience includes providing individual therapy in private practice and working in a partial hospitalization program, where Jules provided individual counseling and facilitated therapeutic groups. These experiences have reinforced Jules’s belief in meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
Jules provides neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming care, welcoming clients seeking support with ADHD traits, identity exploration, relationship concerns, sexuality, and physical intimacy. Jules believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, ask questions, and explore difficult experiences at their own pace. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, feel more comfortable in your body, or build healthier relationships, Jules invites you to reach out to connect and explore whether working together might be a good fit.
